Wir möchten Ihnen hier die Mietbedingungen für unsere Ferienwohnungen bekannt geben. Die Mietbedingungen stellen im Wesentlichen eine Hausordnung dar und beschreiben den Ablauf der Buchung und der Bezahlung. Mit Ihrer Buchung erkennen Sie diese Mietbedingungen an.
Bezahlung: Die Bezahlung des Betrages erfolgt in bar am Tag der Ankunft nach der Wohnungs- und Schlüsselübergabe. Kreditkarten und EC-Karten oder Schecks können wir nicht akzeptieren.
An- und Abreise: Um die Ferienwohnungen für die nächsten Gäste vorzubereiten, möchten wir Sie bitten, die Ferienwohnung bis 10:00 Uhr zu verlassen. Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich. An Tagen, an denen wir keinen Gästewechsel haben, können die An- bzw. Abreise auch individuell abgesprochen werden. Bitte rufen Sie uns etwa einen Tag vor Ihrer Anreise noch einmal an, um die Schlüsselübergabe abzusprechen.
Rauchen: In der Ferienwohnung ist das Rauchen verboten. Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon die teilweise überdacht sind, eine Zigarette zu rauchen.
Endreinigung: Die Endreinigung ist inklusive. Wir möchten Sie bitten, die Ferienwohnung in einem ordentlichen Zustand zu verlassen. Dazu gehört das Spülen des Geschirrs, die Trennung und Entsorgung Ihrer Abfälle in die dafür vorgesehenen Behältnisse. Ungespültes Geschirr wird mit 10,- Euro nachberechnet.
Haustiere: Haustiere nur auf Anfrage.
Haftung: Der Mieter und seine Begleitpersonen haften im vollen Umfang für die verursachten Schäden am Inventar der Ferienwohnung oder für das verlieren des Haustürschlüssels. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Schließsystem, dass heißt das alle Schlösser ausgetauscht werden müssen.. Eventuelle Schäden müssen sofort dem Vermieter mitgeteilt werden und können in der Regel über die private Haftpflichtversicherung reguliert werden.
Stornierung, Nichtantritt der Reise
Es ist generell möglich, die Buchung für die Ferienwohnung zu stornieren. Eine Stornierung oder Änderung kann nur in Textform erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Zugangs der Stornierung. Sofern eine Buchung storniert wird, werden Gebühren erhoben. Der Nachweis bleibt Ihnen jedoch unbenommen, dass der uns dadurch entstandene Schaden geringer oder gar nicht entstanden ist.
a) Vom Buchungstag bis zu 91 Tagen vor Beginn der Mietzeit – 30% des gesamten Mietbetrages (ohne Endreinigungskosten).
b) Von 90 Tagen bis 15 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit – 70% des gesamten Mietbetrages (ohne Endreinigungskosten).
c) Von 14 Tagen bis zum Beginn der Mietzeit oder bei Nichtanreise – 100% des gesamten Mietbetrages (ohne Endreinigungskosten).
Sofern das Ferienobjekt anderweitig weitervermietet wird und zum vollen Preis, können die genannten Gebühren auf einen Betrag von EURO 50,00 reduziert werden. Kann das Ferienobjekt nicht weitervermietet werden oder wird das Ferienobjekt nicht zum vollen Preis weitervermietet, sind die oben genannten Gebühren gültig.
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung des Mietpreises.
Hausrecht: Unter bestimmten Umständen kann es notwendig sein, dass der Vermieter die Ferienwohnung oder das Ferienhaus ohne Wissen des Gastes betreten muss.
Kündigung: Bei mehrfachen Verstößen gegen diese Mietbedingungen kann der Vermieter den Mietvertrag einseitig kündigen und der Gast hat die Ferienwohnung sofort zu verlassen. Ein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Mietpreises besteht nicht.
Salvatorische Klausel: Sollte eine der zuvor beschriebenen Mietbedingungen rechtsungültig sein, so wird diese durch eine sinngemäß, am nächsten kommenden Regelung ersetzt. Die anderen Mietbedingungen bleiben davon unberührt und weiterhin gültig. Gerichtsstand: Freiberg

We would like to inform you about the rental conditions for our holiday apartments. The rental conditions are essentially house rules and describe the process of booking and payment. With your booking you accept these rental conditions.
Payment: The payment of the amount is in cash on the day of arrival after the apartment and key handover. We cannot accept credit cards and EC cards or cheques.
Arrival and departure: In order to prepare the holiday apartments for the next guests, we would like to ask you to leave the holiday apartment by 10:00 am. The arrival is possible from 15:00 o’clock. On days when we do not have a change of guests, arrival and departure can also be arranged individually. Please call us again about one day before your arrival to arrange the handover of the keys.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. However, there is the possibility to smoke a cigarette on the balcony, which is partly covered.
Final cleaning: The final cleaning is included. We would like to ask you to leave the holiday apartment in a tidy condition. This includes washing the dishes, separating and disposing of your waste in the designated containers. Unwashed dishes will be charged with 10,- Euro.
Pets: Pets only on request.
Liability: The tenant and his companions are fully liable for any damage caused to the inventory of the apartment or for losing the front door key. This is a locking system, which means that all locks must be replaced. Any damage must be immediately reported to the landlord and can usually be regulated by the private liability insurance.
Cancellation, no-sho
w It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the holiday apartment. A cancellation or change can only be made in text form. The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive. If a booking is cancelled, fees will be charged. However, you are at liberty to prove that the damage incurred by us as a result is less or not incurred at all.
- a) From the day of booking up to 91 days before the beginning of the rental period – 30% of the total rental amount (excluding final cleaning costs).
b) From 90 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period – 70% of the total rental amount (excluding final cleaning costs).
c) From 14 days until the beginning of the rental period or in case of no-show – 100% of the total rental amount (excluding final cleaning costs).
If the holiday property is re-let elsewhere and at the full price, the above fees can be reduced to an amount of EURO 50,00. If the holiday home cannot be re-rented or if the holiday home is not re-rented at the full price, the above fees apply.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Early departure: In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
House right: Under certain circumstances it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment or holiday home without the knowledge of the guest.
Termination: In the event of multiple violations of these rental terms, the landlord may unilaterally terminate the rental agreement and the guest must vacate the vacation home immediately. A claim for reimbursement of the rental price does not exist.
Severability clause: If one of the previously described rental conditions is legally invalid, it will be replaced by a provision that comes closest in spirit. The other rental conditions remain unaffected and continue to be valid. Legal venue: Freiberg
